On the 10th Day of Christmas (break) it’s time to focus on the defending Canterra Seeds Cup Champion Battlefords North Stars
While the defending champs may have gotten off to a bit of a slow start, they have torn it up over the last two months.
A big reason for that is the return of Kian Bell. In 19 games played, Bell has 23 goals and 28 assists and is tied for first in SJHL scoring with 51 points.
The Stars entered the holidays with a 22-7-2-1 record and in 3rd place in the SJHL standings just one point back of the Melfort Mustangs.
Battlefords will be back at it in the new year on January 6th when they travel down to Estevan to battle the Bruins.
