The weekend in the SJHL began Friday night with a trio of games on the schedule and none bigger than the re-match of last year’s league final between the Flin Flon Bombers and the Battlefords North Stars.
It was the first meeting of the season between the two clubs and fans in attendance in North Battleford were treated to a thrilling overtime affair.

The light weekend in the SJHL will wrap up Saturday with another trio of games and two of them are re-matches from Friday.
