The 2nd last week before the holiday break kicked off Tuesday night in Humboldt as the Broncos returned home to take on the Terriers.
Humboldt got off to a strong start in the opening frame, finding the back of the net three times.
However, once up 4-1 early in the 2nd period, the Terriers would fight back as they scored three unanswered to tie the game at 4 going into the 3rd.
In the final stanza though it would be the home side regaining their lead and hanging on thanks to three goals in the third period, giving the Broncos a 7-4 win.
Broncos Captain Cage Newans led the way with a goal and three assists, and Spencer Bell continued his hot play with another pair of goals.
