The Humboldt Broncos, along with the City of Humboldt, are proud to announce that defenseman Tre Fouquette has committed to the Dinos University of Calgary Men’s Hockey Program for the upcoming season.
A native of Warman, Sask., the 6’0″, right-shooting defenseman delivered a standout 2024–25 campaign with the Broncos, appearing in 56 regular-season games and recording 7 goals and 28 assists for 35 points. He also added 1 goal and 1 assist in 6 playoff games. Tre brings a dynamic mix of offensive skill and defensive reliability.
Head Coach and GM Brayden Klimosko praised Tre’s impact:
“Excited that Tre was committed to a top hockey program like University of Calgary. Tre was a great leader on and off the ice for us last season.”
The Broncos are also proud to share that with Tre’s commitment, three Broncos from the 2024–25 season are set to advance to U Sports ranks—an outstanding achievement for the organization.
The Humboldt Broncos and City of Humboldt would like to congratulate Tre and wish him every success as he begins the next chapter of his hockey and academic career.
