The day after the Showcase wrapped up in Warman, the Estevan Bruins were back on the road, kicking off a road trip in Kindersley.
TJ Irey had a goal and an assist to get back into the league lead in points with 14 (4g-10), and Michael McChesney added two goals and a helper to lead the Bruins (4-2-0-0) past the Klippers 4-2. Jack Michell rounded out the scoring and Jake Anthony turned away 28/30 shots.
The Klippers (4-2-0-0) led 2-0 after the first period on goals from Tyler Traptow and Kyle Bosch, both on the powerplay, before the Bruins stormed back with four unanswered, two in the second and two more in the third.
