It has been an incredible start to a Junior career for 16-year-old Carsten Kayter of the Humboldt Broncos.

To start the year, Kayter was one of three 16-year-olds to start the campaign with an SJHL team, and Kayter has been a stand out for the Humboldt Broncos in his rookie campaign.

The Warman, Saskatchewan product has played in many different scenarios for the Broncos this year and has also found his touch offensively with 3 goals and 21 assists in 38 games played this season.

Kayter is currently 7th in SJHL rookie scoring, but is 1st among rookie defenceman.
