REGINA, SK – Colten Scott stopped all 25 shots he faced for his second career shutout as the Nipawin Hawks took the Canalta Hotels Friday Night Spotlight 4-0 over the Melfort Mustangs Friday.

Braeden Jockims was the game-high scorer with a goal and an assist, while Finley Radloff’s first-period goal held up as the winner.

Nipawin moved four points ahead of idle Yorkton for the fourth and final Round 1 home-ice advantage playoff spot with the victory.

Nathan Da Silva scored 31 seconds into overtime to help the Humboldt Broncos snap their four-game skid with a come-from-behind 5-4 win over the Warman Wolverines.

Oliver Phillips tied the game with 1:09 remaining in regulation after the Wolverines had taken a third-period lead with three straight goals between the 11:07 and 15:26 mark of the final frame.

Oliver Nottingham led the way for Warman with a pair.

In Melville, the Millionaires took a three-goal lead in the third period and held on to edge the Battlefords North Stars 3-2.

Louis Nadeau’s power-play marker 4:22 into the last stanza was the winner, and all four of his goals on the year have been game-winners.

Matt Spencer-Dahl made 33 stops in the win.

Finally, in Estevan, Ryder Mucha scored twice and added a helper, and the Bombers went 4-for-10 with the man advantage en route to a 7-0 Flin Flon victory over the Bruins.

Finn Werner made 30 saves for his second shutout in as many games, both against Estevan.

The rookie now has three shutouts on the campaign.
