REGINA, SK – Great Western Brewery/Original 16 has agreed to re-up as the official beer of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL) through the 2031 campaign.
Since 2019, GWB/O16 has been the official beer of the league.
They sponsored the regular game-night video hits this past season, releasing them each game day to update fans and families on which contests would be battled that evening.
The exclusivity levels of pour rights for Great Western vary across the league. Details of further engagement between the teams in the league and our great partners at O16 will be set and announced by each respective club.
“We are extremely proud to work with the SJHL,” said GW Territory Sales Manager James Mueller in a presentation to the SJHL Marketing Team during the league meetings on June 4, “and to support not only the league, but many of the teams as well.”
“It is our objective to find a way to work with all the teams and their communities in the league.”
