REGINA, SK – Nipawin Hawks defenceman Brady Seabrook has committed to Ontario Tech University of USports for the 2026-27 Ontario University Athletics campaign.
Seabrook, 20, notched 17 points in 52 games in the regular season this past year, and added a point in six postseason contests.
He played in 103 SJHL regular-season contests over his two-year career, all with the Hawks, joining them after spending his rookie campaign in 2023-24 with the Kerry Park Islanders of the Vancouver Island Junior Hockey League.
Known for his defensive and shot blocking prowess, the Northwest Territories native becomes the third SJHL alum to commit to Ontario Tech this off-season, joining Ben Wright (Estevan) and Wesley Golden (Melville) with the Oshawa, ON school.
Seabrook played for three years before junior with Shawnigan Lake School Prep of the CSSHL.
