The Notre Dame Hounds moved to within 5 points of the 8th and final playoff spot Thursday night thanks to a 3-2 win at home over the Estevan Bruins.
Carson Baylis scored his 19th goal of the season early in the 3rd period and it turned out to be the game winner as the Hounds improved to 19-25-4-2 on the season.
Tucker Inabinet was also sensational in the win for the Hounds, stopping 40 of 42 shots faced.
These two teams will meet again Saturday night in Estevan.
