The Nipawin Hawks of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL) are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Assistant Coach for the upcoming season. This is a full-time, seasonal position within a competitive Junior A environment, offering hands-on experience in coaching, recruiting, and team operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with practices, games, and overall team operations
- Support recruiting, player evaluation, and development
- Contribute to practice planning and game preparation
- Lead video analysis and performance tracking
- Work with players on individual skills and progression
- Assist in advancing players to collegiate/higher levels
- Coordinate travel logistics (meals, accommodations)
- Uphold professionalism within the team and community
Expectations & Qualifications
- Attend all practices, games, and team functions
- Maintain a professional, team-first approach
- Junior/collegiate playing or coaching experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of systems, special teams, and game strategy
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
