While the temperature continues to drop in Saskatchewan, the action continues to heat up around SJHL rinks as all 12 teams continue to battle in the 22/23 season. Not only are teams currently competing for a playoff spot, all 12 teams are competing for the SaskEnergy KidSport Cup.
Going into Friday night’s action, the Battlefords North Stars continue to lead the way with 68 goals scored at home in 12 games. A full look at the current SaskEnergy KidSport Cup standings can be found below.
In total, 474 goals have been scored by home teams this season, raising $9,480 so far this season.
The SJHL, Saskenergy, and KidSport’s Goals for KidSport program is in its 9th season, and already there have been 4 KidSport game night’s this season. The next one is scheduled for December 7th in Humboldt.
