The Iron Horse Kindersley Klippers are proud to announce that 2016 Draft Choice and Affiliate Player defensemen Luke Reid has committed to the University of North Dakota Fighting Hawks.
“We are excited for him” noted Klippers GM/Head Coach Geoff Grimwood. “Its a great move for Luke and reflects well on the Saskatchewan Midget AAA league”.
The skilled defensemen is currently playing for the Battleford Stars Midget AAA and still has two more seasons of junior eligibility before being eligible to begin his NCAA career.
“We are certainly going to do everything we can to make sure Luke plays his junior hockey with the Klippers in the SJHL before heading off to school”.
