This week in Saskatoon might feel like a reunion for some.
Team Saskatchewan of five age groups will convene at various rinks in the Saskatoon area for the 2024 Canadian Ball Hockey Association National Championships between Jul. 23-27.
The Under-15 and two Under-17 teams are full of SJHL Prospects, led by Kindersley Klipper, and Colorado College NCAA Division I commit Jaxon Herchak, and recent SJHL No. 1 overall draft pick Easton Woytiuk of the Battlefords North Stars.
The Under-19 squad features established SJHLers in Melville Millionaires defenceman Cohen Swan and Estevan Bruins forward Carsyn Dyck, as well as former Flin Flon Bomber Rylan Pearce; to go with a plethora of other SJHL prospects.
Meanwhile, the Under-23 team will include former La Ronge Ice Wolves star Holden Knights, as well as Yorkton Terrier and Estevan Bruins alum Prescot Senger.
