FORMER NORTH STAR HEADED TO TRAVERSE CITY ROOKIE TOURNAMENT
Battlefords North Stars graduate Igor Leonenko will suit up in the Traverse City Prospects Tournament in mid-September, after earning an amateur tryout agreement with the St. Louis Blues.
Leonenko had a league-high 47 goals, and was second in points with 88 last season in Battlefords.
He reports to St. Louis September 14th, before heading to Traverse City Sept 16th-20th.
