Luke Spadafora had a goal and three assists, and has the early scoring lead a goal and eight points on the season. Defenseman James Philpott had a pair of assists, giving him six helpers through three games. Jacob Bourchier and Booker Chacalias each had a goal and an assist, while Hunter Adams made 27/29 saves for the Milloinaires (2-0-0-1).
The Red Wings (1-1-0-0) led 2-0 thanks to goals from Ben Hiltz and Kai Studler, before Melville racked up six straight goals, including five over an 8:21 span of the second period.
