Colby Brandt scored with 1:08 left in regulation, and Cody Bruchkowski (1g-1a) buried the winner 1:46 into overtime as the Yorkton Terriers completed a late come-from-behind win with a 3-2 (OT) victory over Estevan.

Karstin McDonald also scored and Ryan Ouelette made 41/43 saves in the win.  That gives the Terriers (17-10-1-0) a four game winning streak a three point lead over Estevan for the Viterra Division lead with six games in hand.

Turner Ripplinger and Jayden Davis each gave Estevan leads, while Grant Boldt made 42/45 saves for the Bruins (15-17-2-0).

Dane Dow stopped 34 of the 35 shots he faced to lead the Humboldt Broncos to a tight 2-1 overtime road win in Battlefords.

Joel Gryzbowski was also up to the task at the other end, making 37/39 saves.

It took over 45 minutes of action for there to be any scoring, as Matthias Urbanski opened the scoring for the North Stars (16-8-2-4) at 5:37 of the third period.  Owen Guenther tied things up five minutes later and Logan Foster was the overtime winner for the Broncos (20-9-2-1).

Even with the OT loss, the Stars still have points in their last five games (3-0-1-1), while the Broncos still hold the lead the Global Ag Risk Solutions Division.

Elsewhere the Kindersley Klippers (18-8-2-1) skated to a 4-2 win in La Ronge (6-25-0-0), staying one point up on Battlefords for 2nd in their division, five back of Humboldt.

Online scoring was unavailable at time of post.

Kindersley's mid-week road trip is anything but typical, as they go from La Ronge Tuesday, all the way to Notre Dame Wednesday, finishing up Thursday in Weyburn.

Also Flin Flon's game in Nipawin was postponed due to problems with the Bombers' bus.  No makeup date has been announced at this time.
