SGEU MVP of the Week: Ryan Duguay, Melfort Mustangs

It was a big weekend at home for the Melfort Mustangs as they earned a pair of wins over the visiting Estevan Bruins. One player who made a significant difference for the Mustangs was newcomer Ryan Duguay. The 19-year-old Edmonton, Alberta product played in his first two games with the Mustangs this weekend and in his debut, he had a goal and an assist in a 3-0 win Friday night. Duguay would follow it up with a goal and two assists Saturday night in a 3-2 win over the Bruins. Duguay was in on every Mustangs goal this weekend except the empty netter by Tye Evans Friday. Duguay and the Mustangs will look to make it 3 wins in a row when they host the Weyburn Red Wings on Wednesday.
