Bourgault Forward of the Week: Jacob Strizzi, Humboldt Broncos
The Broncos earned five out of a possible six points over a three-games-in-three days weekend, and the shooting of 2005-born Strizzi was a big reason why. His five goals in six games are already one more than he had in 22 contests a year ago.

SuperU Defenceman of the Week: Vincent Palmarin, Notre Dame Hounds
Much like with Maharaj, Palmarin’s insertion into the Notre Dame squad was immediately earth-shattering. His pairing with Liam Hunks is instantly one of the best in the league.

Sasktel Goalie of the Week: Massimo Urbani, Flin Flon Bombers
A slow start by the standards of the Bombers has led to an open competition for ice-time in net, and on this past week’s southern swing, the rookie Urbani staked a very impressive claim. Wins over Weyburn and Notre Dame helped Flin Flon earn a .500 trip, and the 2006-born puck-stopper was in the net for both victories and on the bench for both defeats.

The former SaskU18 champion has already eclipsed his full-season haul of points from a year ago in 38 fewer games and has formed a solid partnership on a pair with talented youngster Linken Fisher on the Stars defence corps.
