For the 10th episode of our 2024-25 SJHL RBC Community Ambassadors, we highlight Bexson Fox of the Notre Dame Hounds.
RBC Community Ambassadors are recognized for making a difference and giving back to the communities where they play. Each Ambassador is celebrated at an RBC Game Night* and will be honoured by a donation from RBC to a school in their local community.
SJHL fans will be able to vote online for the RBC Community Ambassador of their choice to be honoured as the recipient of the RBC Community Award at the end of the SJHL regular season. This additional honour is accompanied by an additional donation from RBC in the player’s name to a school in their local community.
Bexson’s $1,000 donation from RBC will go to St. Augustine School in Wilcox, SK.
According to the Hounds, the High River, AB native “has been a Hound since 2020, and his character has been as high as any who has passed through the halls of Notre Dame.
“A hard-worker on and off the ice, he is always the first to volunteer whenever they are asked or needed around the community, be it to go skate with developmentally delayed kids, or participate in gym class with the local St. Augustine School in Wilcox. His family has shown unwavering support to the Notre Dame program as well, and the Junior team in particular, and it is clear that Bexson’s attitude, politeness, respect, and work ethic all derive from his upbringing. We are proud to nominated Bexson as our RBC Community Ambassador.”
