RBC Community Ambassador: Nathan Da Silva of the La Ronge Ice Wolves

For the eighth episode of our 2024-25 SJHL RBC Community Ambassadors, we highlight Nathan Da Silva of the La Ronge Ice Wolves.

RBC Community Ambassadors are recognized for making a difference and giving back to the communities where they play. Each Ambassador is celebrated at an RBC Game Night* and will be honoured by a donation from RBC to a school in their local community.

SJHL fans will be able to vote online for the RBC Community Ambassador of their choice to be honoured as the recipient of the RBC Community Award at the end of the SJHL regular season. This additional honour is accompanied by an additional donation from RBC in the player’s name to a school in their local community.

Nathan’s $1,000 donation from RBC will go to Bell’s Point Elementary in Air Ronge, SK.

According to the Ice Wolves, the Surrey, BC native “is consistently giving back and volunteering within the community every single week. Whether it’s going to help out with minor hockey practices or engaging in youth programs throughout the town of La Ronge, you can always count on Nathan showing up with a smile on his face and helping out.”
