For the seventh year, RBC is partnering with the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL) to highlight the league’s athletes making a difference in the community.
Fans can vote online for the RBC Community Ambassador nominee of their choice to be honoured as the SJHL’s RBC Community Award recipient at the end of the SJHL regular season. This comes with a further $2,500 donation from RBC in the player’s name to a school in their local community.
Last year’s SHL RBC Community Award Winner, Joey Lies of the Flin Flon Bombers, received his award and donated $2,500 to Ruth Betts Elementary School in Flin Flon.
