REGINA, SK – Ewan Rennie notched his second hat trick of the year and fifth goal in two games as the Estevan Bruins downed the Nipawin Hawks 5-2 Sunday.
Drew Beasley scored both of Estevan’s other goals, while Nathan Kam was sensational, making 36 stops in the win.
The Bruins snapped their eight-game skid with Saturday’s win over Yorkton, and the four-point weekend pushed Estevan into sixth, ahead of Kindersley on the tiebreaker.
