Rose Commits to The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota

CONGRATULATIONS AND ALL THE BEST, CARSON!

The Weyburn Red Wings are proud to announce the commitment of graduating forward Carson Rose to The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota. Carson plans to study Kinesiology.

The College of St. Scholastica Saints play NCAA Div. 3 in the NCHA conference. Numerous former Weyburn Red Wings have gone on to play at St. Scholastica, most recently Ryan Cooper, Sam Williams and Keegan Bruce.

As a 20 year old this season Carson tallied 24 goals, and 22 assists for 46 points in 50 regular season games, followed by 4 goals and 3 assists in 7 playoff games. Carson was an offensive threat each time he was on the ice.

Rose played 100 Regular Season games for the Wings, accumulating 30 goals and 42 assists for a total of 72 points and 68 PIMS. He totalled 10 points in 12 playoff games in his SJHL career.

The Weyburn Red Wings are proud of Carson’s accomplishments on and off the ice. Congratulations Carson!
