The hunt for the 2022 SJHL Championship is on!
With the Notre Dame Hounds’ 4-3 regulation victory over Battlefords on the final day of the season, the Round 1 playoff matchups have been confirmed. All series are planned to start on Fri., March 18 at the home of the higher seed, and are Best-of-Seven format.
- No. 1 seed Estevan Bruins will face the No. 8 Notre Dame Hounds, beginning Friday at Estevan’s Affinity Place.
- No. 2 seed Humboldt Broncos will take on the No. 7 La Ronge Ice Wolves, starting Friday at Humboldt’s Elgar Petersen Arena.
- No. 3 seed Melfort Mustangs will face the No. 6 Yorkton Terriers, beginning Friday at Melfort’s Northern Lights Palace.
- No. 4 seed Battlefords North Stars will take on the No. 5 Flin Flon Bombers, starting Friday in North Battlefords at the Access Communications Centre.
