REGINA, SK – Keefe Gruener notched a hat trick, and Matthew Kieper stopped all 24 shots he faced as the Flin Flon Bombers blanked the Melfort Mustangs 4-0 in a clash of the league’s Top 2 teams.

Flin Flon’s streak of consecutive games unbeaten in regulation now sits at 26 contests in a row.

In Kindersley, the Ice Wolves tied the game with 6:19 remaining in regulation, and then Hudson Cameron scored the overtime winner to hand La Ronge a much-needed 4-3 win over the Klippers.

Logan Falk made 43 saves in the win against his former team.

In a Highway 39 clash, the Estevan Bruins earned redemption from their SaskTel Game of the Month loss Friday with a 5-2 victory in Weyburn.

Jadon Iyogun scored the game-winner unassisted at the 8:53 mark of the third period as the Melville Millionaires outlasted the Nipawin Hawks 3-2 to open a set at the Centennial Arena.

Finally, Jacob Strizzi completed a remarkable nine-points-in-two-games weekend with four assists, and the Humboldt Broncos cruised past the Battlefords North Stars 10-3.
