REGINA, SK – Gage Roberts made 43 stops for his second shutout of the year, and the Hawks got five different scorers as Nipawin downed the Melfort Mustangs 5-0.
Brendan Olson, Konnor Watson, and Jack Janzen each scored a goal and an assist on the evening.
In Estevan, it was the Yorkton Terriers who jumped out to a five-goal lead and withstood a late Bruins rally en route to a 5-2 win.
Callum Creig made 35 saves in the win, while Gabriel Courchesne led the way offensively with two goals and an assist.
Finally, Wyatt Stinton and Maverick Deslisle both contributed two-goal games to help the Flin Flon Bombers blow by the La Ronge Ice Wolves 8-3.
Flin Flon went a perfect 13-0 at home in the 2025 portion of this campaign.
These three contests were the final ones before the Christmas break in the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League.
