REGINA, SK – The 2025-26 Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League regular season has come to a close.

Saturday featured only one game consequence in the standings as the Yorkton Terriers got a pair from Jye Zawatsky to beat the Melville Millionaires 4-0 and secure the No. 2 seed.

Callum Creig made 20 stops for his third shutout of the campaign.

Gabriel Courchesne assisted on Zawatsky’s first goal to make him the only player this regular season to hit the 80-point plateau. He will be given the Leo Parker Award for the Top SJHL regular-season scorer.

The Terriers finished even on points with the Battlefords North Stars for second place, but got the spot via the tiebreaker.

Elsewhere, Waylon Gardipy scored 1:36 into overtime to help the La Ronge Ice Wolves end their campaign on a high with a 2-1 win over the Flin Flon Bombers.

Graham Brown stopped 41 shots in the win, ending his junior career of 76 games, all played for the Wolves.

Drew Molde notched the winner, and the Wings got five different scorers en route to a 5-1 Weyburn victory vs. the Estevan Bruins.

Finally, in Humboldt, the Broncos gave their fans one last win to cheer about as they rallied for three goals in just over 10 minutes in the third period to edge the Warman Wolverines 3-2.

Warman’s inaugural SJHL campaign ended with a record of 14-36-3-3, a six-point improvement over the Notre Dame Hounds of a year ago.
