Leading by example is what every hockey team wants from their Captain and Zach Cain of the Melville Millionaires has done that to perfection.
The Regina, Saskatchewan product is in his final year of Junior Hockey and he continues to find different ways to contribute for his team.
Whether it be putting up points, being physical, or blocking a big shot, Cain always has his fingerprints on each game involving the Melville Millionaires.
Going into Wednesday night’s (Dec 14th) contest against the Melfort Mustangs, Cain currently sits tied for 8th in SJHL scoring with 13 goals and 20 assists.
As of the start of this week, the Millionaires aren’t in a playoff spot, but Cain and Mills are hoping a strong second half of the season can vault them back into the post-season.
