SJHL AP’s Kraus, Misskey selected to NHL Development Camps

REGINA, SK – Whether you play one Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League game or 200 games, you are a valued alumnus.

Jayden Kraus played two games for the Nipawin Hawks in the 2022-23 season while he was the starter for the Prince Albert Mintos U18s, and posted an impressive 1.96 goals-against average and a .932 save percentage in those contests. He then embarked on a long career with the Western Hockey League’s Victoria Royals. An 18-year-old native of Prince Albert, SK, he will be attending development camp this summer with the Colorado Avalanche.

Nate Misskey featured in one Melfort Mustangs contest in the 2021-22 campaign, as a call-up while a member of the Prince Albert Mintos U18AAA. A 5th-round pick of the San Jose Sharks in the 2024 draft, the big Melfort, SK native will attend his second Sharks development camp this summer.
