1-BATTLEFORDS NORTH STARS (39-8-1-0)  Up 1
Back in top spot and they never really should have lost it with only two regulation losses in 19.

2-NIPAWIN HAWKS (31-12-2-1)  Up 1
They’ve won eleven straight, which is to say not at all since the January 10th deadline.

3-FLIN FLON BOMBERS (32-12-2-3)  Down 2
Dropped two in a row on south trip, but any stumble puts their first place standing in jeopardy with Nipawin on their heels.

4-ESTEVAN BRUINS (29-15-0-1)
Winners in six of ten, but a .500 team since December 1st.  Record may be misleading, but nobody in their division has stepped up to challenge them.

5-KINDERSLEY KLIPPERS (23-23-1-0)  Up 2
Klippers enter the week on a seven game win streak and have become odds on favorites to climb into that coveted sixth position to avoid the wildcard round.

6-HUMBOLDT BRONCOS (26-21-0-1)  Down 1
Finding consistency continues to elude the Broncos, who are a .500 team since December 1st.

7-WEYBURN RED WINGS (22-21-1-4)   Up 1
Beating the Terriers twice keeps them entrenched in second place in their division.

8-YORKTON TERRIERS (21-24-4-0)  Up 1
You have to like their schedule to finish (Melville 2x, Kindersley at home 2x, Estevan 2x, Weyburn 1)

9-MELFORT MUSTANGS (19-23-2-4)  Down 3
What happened?  Mustangs have lost six straight.

10-NOTRE DAME HOUNDS (19-21-5-1)
They took two of three this past week, including a game against Flin Flon.  Maybe they are ready to turn a corner.

11-MELVILLE MILLIONAIRES (17-27-2-0)
Mils are 0-9-0-and-1 in games not started by Colby Entz since December 1st.

12-LA RONGE ICE WOLVES (6-37-1-4)
Ice Wolves have one win in their last 21, but victories in 2016-17 aren’t important at the moment.  They are building.
