Regular Season Tie Breaking Procedure
The Clubs having the greater number of points will be awarded the higher position. If two or more clubs are tied in points during the regular season, the standing of the clubs is determined in the following order:
- The club with the greater number of wins, excluding games won in a shootout. (ROW’s = Regulation + OT wins)
- The club having the greater amount of points against each other. (Head to Head)
- The club having the greater goal differential between goals for and goals against for the entire regular season
