REGINA, SK – Zak Anderson sniped the winner, and Cody Jaman made 32 stops as the Kindersley Klippers edged the Humboldt Broncos 2-1 in overtime and moved within two points of clinching the eighth and final playoff spot Sunday.

Jaman has now given up two or fewer goals in four consecutive games.

The other club still in the hunt, the La Ronge Ice Wolves, fell 5-3 on Sunday in Melfort. Ex-Klipper Danton Cox notched the game-winner for the Mustangs at the 11:40 mark of the third period.

La Ronge will now need Kindersley not to pick up another win and to win out themselves.
