The Kindersley Klippers rode a hot powerplay to a 5-2 win over the Yorkton Terriers in Macklin on Thursday night.

The Klippers struck 3 times on the man advantage on 8 opportunities, two of them coming from Branden Wagner, who now sits with 18 goals on the year.  Wagner finished with four points (2g-2a), as did Cody Hodgson (1g-3a), Cole Plotnikoff also scored a pair.

Nick Trenciansky stopped 27/29 shots for the Klipperse (14-20-1-0), who have now won three straight.

Jordan Ross and Corwin Stevely did the scoring for the Terriers (13-14-3-0).

Lynnden Pastachak had a goal, an assist, and the shootout winner helping the Estevan Bruins to a 4-3 (SO) win in Melfort.

Jason Miller added a pair of goals for the Bruins (23-8-0-1) and Nathan Alalouf made 42/45 saves.

Reed Gunville was in on all three goals for the Mustangs (12-14-1-4), scoring one and adding two assists.  Kalem Zary (1g-1a) and Rock Ruschkowski added the others.
