Former Terrier Austen Flaman set the pace against his former team, scoring a pair of first period goals and finishing with a three point night, leading the Nipawin Hawks to a 7-2 victory in Yorkton on Tuesday night.

Jake Tremblay added a goal and three assists, and Jack Lenchyshyn had three helpers.  Jaxsen Wiebe (1g-1a), Carson Erhardt (1g-1a), Zak Yewchuk and Arik Breton rounded out the scoring for the Hawks (13-5-0-0), who are now winners of five in a row.  Declan Hobbs turned away 24 of the 26 shots he faced, for his 8th win this season.

Jared Legien opened the scoring, and notched both goals for the Terriers (8-7-1-0), his 15th and 16th of the season, ranking him 2nd in the SJHL in that category.

Matthias Urbanski scored his 11th goal of the season and added three assists, leading the Battlefords North Stars over the La Ronge Ice Wolves 8-3.

MacGregor Sinclair found the net twice, and Ryan Gil chipped in a goal and a pair of assists for the North Stars (9-5-1-2).  Tanner Robin, Regan Doig, Owen Lamb and Elijah Loon-Stewardson all had a goal and an assist.

The Ice Wolves (6-12-0-0) scored once in each period, courtesy Mitch Zambon in the first, Max Kleiner in the second and Dalton Dasko early in the third.

Riley Kohonick made 30/32 saves, backstopping the Notre Dame Hounds to a 3-2 win over the visiting Melville Millionaires.

Kurri Woodford (1g-1a) opened the scoring before Jakob Breault and Charles Martin added goals for the Hounds (9-8-0-2), who are above .500 for the first time this season.

Montana Streit and Aidan Steinke scored and Colby Entz made 25/28 saves for the Millionaires (3-12-2-2).
