Former Melville Millionaires and Notre Dame Hounds forward Cole Stevenson has committed to Briercrest College for the 2021-2022 ACAC season.
Stevenson, 21, spent three years in the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League, and posted 19 goals and 47 points in 121 contests; all but four with the Hounds.
A 6-foot-4, 215-pound native of Vibank, SK, Stevenson won the 2018 Telus Cup with the Notre Dame Hounds U18 AAAs, and joins fellow ND Junior A alum Curtis Wiebe on the Clippers.
Briercrest College plays in the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference despite the fact it is located in Caronport, SK, and it is due to its Saskatchewan location that it has a long history of commitments from the SJHL.
