Regular Season Tie Breaking Procedure
The clubs having the greater number of points will be awarded the higher position. If two or more clubs are tied in points at the end of the regular season, the standing of the clubs is determined in the following order:
1. The club having the greater amount of points against each other. (Head to Head)
2. The club with the greater number of total wins against all teams. Total Wins = (RW + OTW + SOW)
3. The club having the higher overall Goal Average against all teams. Goal Average = (GF รท (GF + GA))
1st Round of Playoffs (Quarter Finals)
Top 8 teams will advance to the playoffs.
Teams will be seeded based on regular season standings.
Top 4 teams will have home ice advantage.
Team 1 vs 8
Team 2 vs 7
Team 3 vs 6
Team 4 vs 5
This round is a best of 7 series.
Winners advance to next round.
2nd Round of Playoffs (Semi Finals)
Teams will be seeded based on regular season standings.
Top 2 teams will have home ice advantage.
Team 1 vs 4
Team 2 vs 3
This round is a best of 7 series.
Winners advance to next round.
3rd Round of Playoffs (League Championship)
Teams will be seeded based on regular season standings.
Top team will have home ice advantage.
Team 1 vs 2
This round is a best of 7 series.
