By Craig Stein

Chance Longjohn (1g-2a) and Chaz Smedsrud (3a) each had three point nights and the Notre Dame Hounds (4-3-1-1) picked up a convincing 6-1 win over the Flin Flon Bombers Thursday night in Wilcox.

The multi-point Hounds didn’t stop there as Alec Zawatsky continued his hot streak with another goal and an assist (6-6-6-12 since arriving), Zack Kosteniuk scored twice and Nolan Renwick set up a pair.  Ahmed Ally and Riley Perka also scored and Jacob Standen made 28/29 saves.
