The La Ronge Ice Wolves Junior A are now accepting applications for the role of Assistant Coach. Duties associated with the position:
- Help to identify and recruit players capable of playing Junior A Hockey
- Help to create and sustain an atmosphere that promotes success, human and player development, and career progression
- Help to conduct on-ice camps, practices, hockey schools, games, and participate in off-ice activities
- Help analyze game film and conduct video review meetings with players
- Represent the La Ronge Ice Wolves Hockey Club throughout the community
- Build relationships with community members and assist with fundraising events
- Help organize team schedules and travel requirements
- Additional duties as directed by the La Ronge Ice Wolves Head Coach/GM and Ownership Group
