REAGAN NAMED TO WJAC STAFF

By Mike Stackhouse

For the second year in a row, Flin Flon Bombers head coach Mike Reagan has been named to the Canada West World Junior A Challenge coaching staff.

Reagan was part of the gold medal winning group last year that defeated Russia 2-1 in the championship game.  The tournament was held in Cobourg/Whitby, Ontario.  This year’s event will take place in Bonnyville, Alberta from December 11-17.

Reagan joins Marc Berry and Rick Swan as assistants behind Barry Wolff, who was recently named the squad’s head coach.

The 37-year-old Reagan is the SJHL’s longest serving coach as he goes into his tenth year with his hometown Bombers.  He’s coming off his most successful playoff with Flin Flon, having led the Bombers to the Canalta Cup finals this past season.
