REGINA, SK – Jaron Desnoyers scored power-play goals in the second and third periods, and the Yorkton Terriers rallied to edge the Humboldt Broncos 5-4 in a shootout on Family Day Monday.
David Coyle and Carter Briltz found the back of the net for Yorkton in the skills competition, while Jacob Strizzi responded for the hosts.
In a Highway 39 clash, the Red Wings got a goal and an assist from Cyprus Smith-Davis as Weyburn outlasted the Estevan Bruins 6-3 at Crescent Point Place.
Brady Wilson replied with a pair for Estevan.
