KLIPPERS NETMINDER HEADED FOR THE NCAA

The Iron Horse Kindersley Klippers are happy to announce that goaltender Nick Trenciansky has committed to continue his hockey career with the St.Scholastica Saints of the Northern Collegiate Hockey Conference.  Nick will be coached by Mark Wick who is one of the most successful coaches in all of NCAA Div III hockey; holding the distinction of being the school’s all time winningest coach and two-time NCHA Coach of the Year.

The Saints play out of Duluth Minnesota, well known as being a hotbed of hockey in the United States.  Nick will likely feel right at home in the Saints room as last season St.Scholastica skated 17 Canadian players and Carson Rose (Weyburn Red Wings) also hailing from Surrey BC has too committed for the 2017-18 season.

Nick played in 66 career CJHL games split between the Langley Rivermen of the BCHL (36 games) and the Kindersley Klippers (30 games).

The Klippers family thanks Nick for his time in Kindersley and wishes him the best in this next step in his hockey and educational career.
