The Estevan Bruins appear to be headed back in the right direction, as they won their fourth game in a row Tuesday, 4-1 over the Yorkton Terriers, jumping past the Terriers and into the Viterra Division lead in the process.
Turner Ripplinger had a goal and an assist, while TJ Irey, Michael McChesney and Bryce Platt also found the net for the Bruins (11-10-0-0). Jake Anthony had likely his best game as a Bruin, making 42 saves on 43 shots in the win.
Mason Mullaney picked up the lone goal for the Terriers (10-8-1-0), who now sit one point back of Estevan, but do hold two games in hand.

Two hot teams met up in Notre Dame, where the Humboldt Broncos won their second straight, 3-2 over the Hounds in overtime.
Humboldt (14-6-2-0) extends their lead in the Global Ag Risk Solutions Division with the win. Michael Clarke scored the winner on the powerplay just 28 seconds into extra time, and finished with a goal and an assist. Owen Guenter and Jackson Kobelka also scored and Dane Dow stopped 42/44 shots.
Jarrett Penner and Tim Gould responded for the Hounds (10-10-1-2).
