Flin Flon rookie Chrystopher Collin burst onto the scene in opening weekend of the 2017-2018 SJHL season. The Quebec product scored in his first SJHL game on home ice on Friday, before turning a hat trick the next night in La Ronge, giving him four goals in his first two games. The 18-year-old comes from Bois de Filion, Quebec, and split time between ‘AAA’ Midget and Junior in his home province last season. The Bombers are looking to new recruits like Collin to help fill the void left by departed snipers like Greyson Reitmeier, Jason Lavallee, Rylee Zimmer and Kristian St. Onge.
