Over five Western Hockey League campaigns, the Yorkton native scored 97 goals and 221 points in 256 games split between the Everett Silvertips, Edmonton Oil Kings, and Medicine Hat Tigers.
As a 20-year-old in his final junior campaign spit between the Terriers and Medicine Hat Tigers, he figured in 29 total contests and dominated to the tune of 41 points over that span.
