The weekend kicked off Friday night with four games across the SJHL, and the evening saw the teams chasing the 8th and final playoff spot earn some much-needed points.
The night also saw the Kindersley Klippers earn a massive two points at home as they knocked off the first-place Flin Flon Bombers.
