It’s a busy Thanksgiving Long Weekend in the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League with a total of 12 games over the course of the next four days.
It all began Friday night with a total of five games on the docket and none bigger than the early season heavyweight tilt at the Northern Lights Palace which saw the Melfort Mustangs improve to 5-0 on the season with a 5-4 win in a shootout over the Weyburn Red Wings.
