SJHL, IBAS working to end stigma around mental health

The SJHL has partnered with the Insurance Brokers Association of Saskatchewan (IBAS) to develop a ground-breaking initiative to end the stigma around mental health. Each team will identify a player from each team to be the “IBAS Brokers Care Campaign” representative, a leader on the team and in the community, that will be the advocate for the mental health of the team.

This player will be recognized on social media on a bi-weekly basis and will generate awareness, and relatability.

Through this initiative, we at the SJHL, with IBAS, believe we can make a difference in many of your communities, especially with the youth. This campaign will generate meaningful conversation in classrooms, workplaces, and locker rooms around the province, and we look forward to the difference this can make.
