SOURCE EMBROIDERY POWER RANKINGS

By Mike Statckhouse

1-BATTLEFORDS NORTH STARS (44-8-1-0)
Their latest win streak is at seven and counting.

2-NIPAWIN HAWKS (36-14-2-1)
Tied for first in the Sherwood with five games to play.

3-FLIN FLON BOMBERS (35-13-2-3)
The split with the Hawks has put them in a position where they can’t afford another slip up or else they end up second in the Sherwood.

4-ESTEVAN BRUINS (33-16-1-1)
Coming off back to back wins.  They know where they will finish, just uncertain who their first round playoff opponent will be.

5-HUMBOLDT BRONCOS (27-24-1-1)
Winless in three and their stumble has opened the door for the Hounds to overtake them.

6-NOTRE DAME HOUNDS (23-21-6-1)
Back on track at just the right time as they have stretched their unbeaten run to six.

7-YORKTON TERRIERS (25-25-5-0)
Unbeaten in five to give themselves a shot at getting into sixth overall.

8-WEYBURN RED WINGS (24-23-2-4)
Overtime loss to Yorkton on Monday, but they’ve improved their play as well.

9-KINDERSLEY KLIPPERS (24-27-3-0)
They had a chance to solidify sixth, but stubbed their toe.

10-MELFORT MUSTANGS (20-26-2-4)
Mustangs have dropped nine of ten and are, almost, certainly headed for the wildcard round.

11-MELVILLE MILLIONAIRES (19-30-2-0)
If they play well to end the year and Melfort continues to struggle, there is a chance they can make playoffs.

12-LA RONGE ICE WOLVES (6-42-1-4)
They’ve dropped twenty four in a row.
