SJHL GIVES UP HOME ICE ADVANTAGE
Due to a scheduling conflict at the North Batteford Civic Centre, the SJHL is giving up it’s home ice advantage for the ANAVET Cup. The Battleford Kinsmen Club had previously booked and scheduled their sponsored Rodeo for April 26th, 27th, and 28th.
The ANAVET Cup will start at the home of the MJHL Champion on Friday April 26th.
The Battlefords North Stars will be hosting games 3, 4 & 5 at the Civic Centre on Tuesday April 30th, Wednesday May 1st and Thursday May 2nd.
“This was a difficult decision for all groups involved, but in the best interest of all concerned this was the solution that made the most sense for the three groups.”
